We had a wonderful stay at 28 Riverside, the lodge was perfectly placed on the river. the outdoor decking area was a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine, and we were lucky to have good weather throughout our stay. As a family of 3, we found the size of the lodge to be perfect. We enjoyed saying hello to the sheep every morning as they came down to the river for a drink.

The site that the lodge sits on is truly beautiful. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

The cabin was in a beautiful location on the river, surrounded by wildlife. We enjoyed watching rabbits and wild birds from the balcony, and even had sheep visit the river for a drink. the spacious cabin had a cozy atmosphere with comfortable sofas and beds. As a family of five, we felt there was plenty of room. the cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, including family games and books. the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and there were plenty of entertainment options, including Netflix. the grounds were well-maintained and perfect for strolling, with a helpful warden always available.

Although these issues did not significantly impact our stay, there were a few minor inconveniences. the shower temperature was difficult to control, which made it challenging for the kids.

The location of the lodge was great, right next to the river, offering beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. We really enjoyed spending our evenings on the veranda, overlooking the river and watching the birds. the lodge was impressively clean, and we appreciated the abundance of wildlife, including rabbits and various birds in the park.

The lodge felt tired and worn out. The beds were uncomfortable and the furniture showed signs of wear.

The location of this holiday park was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a convenient location for nearby attractions. The chalet itself was clean and comfortable, with a family-friendly atmosphere. It was well-equipped, including some extra touches like games and toiletries. One of the best things about our stay was the abundance of wildlife around the area, from pheasants to rabbits and even Canada Geese. The peacefulness and privacy of the chalet made for a truly relaxing stay.

While there were many positive aspects to our stay, there were a few drawbacks that need to be addressed. the directions to find the chalet were not clear and we had difficulty locating it, which was frustrating especially in bad weather.

The location of the cabin was perfect, with stunning views of the river and a large green space for kids to play. It felt like a secluded getaway, yet Builth Wells was easily accessible.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the bedrooms were quite small, especially for a larger group.

Lovely chalet, impressively clean, superb riverbank location. Park full of wildlife, kids loved wobbly bridge. Would love to stay again, miss it already!

There was nothing I didn't like.

We got great value for our money, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely beautiful. The staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness.

The food for breakfast could have been better.
